For this meeting we will be focusing on Chapter 9, Part 5, "Immediately Join Whatever You Encounter to the Training". This shows us how whatever we experience in life is fuel to practice our mind training on the path to Buddhahood.

Rinpoche wrote Power of Mind for us to use as a handbook to help us with every day life.
