Neal S. Blaisdell Concert Hall is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Sales to this event will be restricted to residents of Hawaii. Residency will be based on credit card billing address. Orders by residents outside Hawaii will be canceled without notice and refunds given. Ages 4 and Up will need to purchase a ticket for entry. There is no elevator access to the balcony level seating.
