The Kauaʻi Kings Parade invites the community to learn about the beautiful Hawaiian equestrian tradition of pāʻū riding, where women riders honor Hawaiian culture through horsemanship, dress, and protocol.
Led by Pāʻū Riding Master Leiala Cook, President of Hawaiʻi Pāʻū Riders, this workshop will share the history, cultural significance, and foundational riding traditions passed down through generations.
This free educational workshop welcomes anyone interested in Hawaiian culture, equestrian traditions, or the legacy of Pāʻū riders.
